Day 01 : Arrival in Delhi-Agra
The trip starts from Delhi where our representative will welcome you at the airport or your hotel. From here, you will be taken to Agra in a car. While enjoying the beauty on the way, you will reach Agra in almost 4 hours. Also, you will see the Tomb of Akbar located in Sikandara.
After reaching Agra, you will be taken to a hotel where you will refresh and have your breakfast. After that, we will take you directly to Taj Mahal, the building which has taken Indian tourism to a new height.
Taj Mahal is located on the banks of River Yamuna. It is a massive monument which is symmetric from all sides. Taj Mahal is counted amongst the Seven Wonders of the World due to its supreme architecture. The monuments remain open on six days a week except Friday. There are some other monuments located near Taj Mahal that are also worth watching.
Agra Fort is one such building which is located close to Taj Mahal. This is a huge fortress constructed by Mughal Emperor Akbar. The fort is known for its strength and it saved the Mughal Empire from various attacks.
It is advice to see the Taj Mahal during sunset, as it creates a unique and very mesmerizing view. After visiting Taj Mahal, you are free to wander the streets of Agra and can collect the souvenirs.
After spending your day in exploring the most beautiful building in the entire world, go back to your hotel and rest for overnight.
Day 02: Agra –Chambal Safari
After lunch, drive for Chambal Safari Lodge. Chambal Safari Lodge is located 70km from Agra and hardly takes one hour by car. You will be taken to the Bhateshwar Temple which is located in this area. It’s a historical temple located some kilometers from Agra. Bhateshwar Temple is popular for its ancient cattle fair which is larger than the world famous Pushkar Fair.
Spend your day exploring the local attractions. After dinner, spend your night in Chambal Safari Lodge.
DAY 03: Chambal Safari
Next day will be spent in exploring the wildlife beauty of Chambal Valley. This place is highly popular amongst wildlife lovers. This place is named after the river Chambal which passes through it.
Chambal Valley is a home to hundreds of species of animals and birds. You can watch these species roaming freely in their natural habitat. There are many more attractions in Chambal Valley including Nature & Village Walks, Camel Safari, Jeep Safari, River Safari etc. After that, head back towards Delhi for your next destination.
